NLCAZ MISSION
The Mission of NLCAZ is to help Athletes , Coaches, Youth Sports Organizations & Leagues. Pushing forward and giving 100% EFFORT is the only contribution required, as EFFORT takes zero talent.
In Sports , the great athletes will seek help and training for their weaknesses, to be successful in life, great athletes must do the same for their academics.
Great leaders don't randomly "find" success, they do what it takes for go TAKE IT! They understand the deference between "good" & "great" is HARD WORK AND EFFORT & LEADERSHIP

HOW WE HELP YOUR ATHLETE, CLUB, organization & LEAGUE
Since the beginning, the "Give - A -Pair, Take-A- Pair" NLC AZ Cleat Exchange has propelled giving and leadership at a youth level and over 1,550 pairs of cleats have been given out and donated!
Every participating League , club or team with NLCAZ as their booster, has access to the Academic All-Star Program . Every athlete can leave a season with a well earned hardware if they handle their business and get straight A's. We can not guarantee your athlete will excel to the next level in their sport; however, we CAN GUARANTEE that they will grow into being an adult and an educated mind will unlock a multiple number of opportunities. So those who got to practice multiple times a week and play multiple games per day and are still Academic All-Stars getting STRAIGHT A's !! They have earned that Hardware. Over 500 Trophies Earned!
Who is NLCAZ
NLCAZ is a community partner 501c3 charity founded in 2016 serving youth sports organizations, clubs and leagues by providing them resources and fundraising opportunities.
With the help and guidance of NLCAZ and it's programs, NLCAZ guides each participating athlete and coach to the NEXT LEVEL in sports academics & life.
